The group's headquarters is located in the scenic National Industrial Park- Jinshan Zhangyan Industrial Park,Shanghai China, where is also the location of Shanghai Xinyi Ruijie Nonferrous Alloy Co., Ltd., ntegrates the group's management, R&D, production and sales functions.

Xinyi Ruijie Group has a total plant area of about 43000 square meters, a total number staff of more than 500 people, and an annual production capacity of 150000 tons of aluminum products .The enterprise has a domestic advanced automated manufacturing and product quality control system.

The group can smelt and cast  various aluminum rods of 1-7 series, with an annual smelting and casting capacity of 120000 tons .It has the  technologically leading smelting furnace  in domestic and the advanced aluminum liquid filtration sytem  with double-layer filtration+Japan Mitsui tubular filtration , effectively preventing slag inclusion and other defects, and ensuring the purity of the casting rods.The company's aluminum scrap recycling and treatment system, including the newly built domestic leading recycling (aluminum scrap) double-chamber furnace, has lower energy consumption and emissions than the EU standard, and has 610000 tons annual treatment of aluminum scrap.

The company has more than 10 automatic extrusion production lines. The extrusion process adopts cast rod online thermal stripping and medium frequency heating furnace gradient heating to ensure uniform mechanical properties of the aluminum rods, executes extrusion immediately after peeling to effectively prevent secondary oxidation and ensure the internal quality of extruded profiles.

The moulds for product extrusion are designed and manufactured by the company itself. The liquid nitrogen cooling system is used for the moulds, which can effectively improve the surface quality of the product while improving the mould lifetime.

The group attaches importance to the R&D and accumulation of technology and has established a R&D center. At present, the R&D team has possessed high-tech R&D capabilities such as new material brand, new process technology, various types of material testing and analysis, defect detection and analysis, aluminum extrusion die flow analysis, new die structure design, and material processing stress research .Besides the center has built high temperature heat treatment laboratory,low temperature heat treatment laboratory, metallographic structure analysis room, electron microscope scanning room, composition analysis room, mechanical laboratory,salt spray corrosion test room and independent mold making workshop.
