The Group makes new investment annualy into the research fund and attaches much importance to the training of technical talents and the construction of R&D teams, and continuously improves the R&D level of the company's product technology with innovation and importing of new technique and new technology processes.
In June 2017, the "Suzhou University-Xinyi Ruijie New Material Research and Development Center" was signed and unveiled, and the cooperative research and development center between enterprises and colleges was officially established. Through the cooperation between institutions and enterprises, the company has achieved key technologies of new aluminum alloy materials and advanced aluminum processing , research and development of new aluminum alloy materials for electronic automobile products and industrialization application technologies that are compatible with the development of aluminum processing industry and reach the domestic leading level, and a talent training system of high-end engineering and technical talents.
In 2018, the Group's R&D Center was established to provide solutions to major technical problems of the enterprise. At present, the R&D team has acquired capabilities of developing new brand material and new process technology, material inspection and analysis, qualitative analysis of defect inspection, aluminum extrusion die flow analysis, new structure design of die, material processing stress research, etc.
