Casting process

The melting and casting production line has an annual capacity of 120000 tons of ingots and can produce round ingots of various specifications and alloy grades. The maximum diameter of round ingot is 381, and the minimum diameter is 110. There are more than 10 kinds in total. The alloy grades range from 1XXX to 7XXX series. It can independently develop and produce ingots of high-strength and high-performance automobile profile materials of various brands of automobiles and various ingots of automobile safety systems that meet the requirements of Class A flaw detection for automobile valve body and control arm materials. At the same time, it has 12 years of technical experience in producing high-end 3C electronic products, focusing on the research and development of ingots for various types of high-purity computer boards, tablets, mobile phone boards and other shell and appearance parts. With the development of low-carbon green environmental protection trend, our company has developed various new smelting and casting technologies for recycling aluminum and aluminum scraps in advance and introduced them into mass production.
